Social Life

Our group has a vibrant social life with a variety of activities that celebrate both individual and collective achievements, foster teamwork, and create opportunities for members to connect on a personal level. A well-rounded social life of our group includes a mix of team- building activities, celebrations, birthdays, and holiday parties

Team Building: We have regular off-site retreats help team members bond outside of the office with many informal activities like escape rooms, showing international cooking or tradition from our members, sporting events playing cricket, socker or other games encouraging teamwork in a relaxed environment, helping to break down barriers and build friendship and solidarity.

Celebrations: We have parties or team lunches to celebrate achievements from the group such as completing significant projects and getting large grants, or personal achievements from members such as awards, promotion, publishing papers, completing milestones, getting baby, farewells etc

Christmas and New Year Parties: We have regular Christmas and New Year party to celebrate the group year achievements. Our group is international and we celebrate several other new year New year events from January to April from our members cultures sharing their national food and customs.

Birthdays: we have tradition for regular personalized celebrations to celebrate individual birthdays, surprise parties where we can enjoy cake, snacks, special gifts and spend some time together outside the usual work routine.
